Welcome on the site of the barbets in Belgium. Here you find some useful information about this wonderful breed and about the persons who help with the development of this breed.

We hope that there will be one day enough barbets in Belgium to become recognized by the Royal Fédération Cynologique of St.-Hubertus. That will be our primary objectif for the next years.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB

1. to promote and to maintain the breed.

2. to give information ( puppy mediation, care, properties of the breed...).

3. to bring fanciers and breeders in contact.

4. to encourage the honest and pure breed of the barbet (by giving genetic counseling...)
